Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Hagerstown, MD is hiring a Material Handler to join our warehouse operations. You will operate forklifts, assist with picking, packing and shipping, and help maintain a safe, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and push/pull up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and perform loading, packing, shipping and receiving.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Handle paperwork such as picking sheets and bills of lading.
• Provide support for automated packing systems during shifts.
• Work with teammates and adhere to safety standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
