Job summary

Parker Hannifin in Nebraska is seeking a Forklift/Material Handler to support production and warehousing operations. You will handle and transport materials, perform cycle counting, and maintain safety and accuracy in daily tasks.

Required: high school diploma or GED and at least 3 months in manufacturing. This role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits including paid time off and 13 holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three months' work experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs handling and transporting duties as outlined in the Process Instruction for the assigned work area.
• Changes propane tanks, charges and changes batteries on fork lift trucks as required.
• Removes scrap materials from the department as required.
• Performs cycle counting as required.
• Completes paperwork including material transfers, receiving, scrap, and time reports, daily fork truck inspection forms and others.
• Operates forklift, hand pallet truck, barrel lift, floor sweeper, floor scrubber, and yard truck as required.
• Completes the fork lift truck’s daily inspection form.
• Observes safety rules at all times and reports unsafe conditions to supervision.
