Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to follow detailed work instructions to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Capable of working at heights up to 40 feet while using safety harnesses and PPE.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver in fast-paced, multi-level environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate PIT such as forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks to transport and replenish inventory.
• Execute high-bay picking and stowing tasks at significant elevations while maintaining safety standards.
• Support inbound and outbound logistics by loading and unloading trailers and preparing products for shipment.
• Leverage RF scanners and digital inventory management systems for real-time tracking and data accuracy.
• Maintain workplace safety and organization through proactive equipment inspections and adherence to guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse workflows and meet daily productivity targets.
