Responsibilities

• Physically receives all incoming packages and orders and prepares ships outgoing packages.
• Verifies quantities against packing slips and notes discrepancies; checks for damages.
• Operates forklift and wrapping machine as needed.
• Determines labeling requirements for shipping containers and special labels.
• Prepares documents and records receipts promptly.
• Moves materials from production to finished goods areas and from receiving dock to storage.
• Uses RF scanning device to move inventory and understands inventory location processes and food safety requirements.
• Follows GMPs, allergen controls, HACCP, SQF, and regulatory requirements to produce safe, quality products.
• Handles customer complaints promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
