Job summary

Lock-Joint-Tube is seeking a warehouse associate to manage finished goods in a FIFO warehouse, load trucks, and support material handling on multiple shifts.

You will operate a forklift and overhead crane, move materials, and ensure accurate counting and labeling. Applicants must have forklift/overhead crane training and meet physical demands, with optional union shift flexibility noted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; training may be required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operation instructions.
• Basic math skills for counting, weighing, and measurements.
• Must be physically able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders to determine items to move and quantity.
• Load and unload materials from pallets; operate forklift and crane equipment.
• Secure loads with straps, bracing, or padding to prevent movement during transport.
• Move materials between storage, production, and loading areas.
• Count and record material moved on daily sheets; tag and label items.
