Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler in Lebanon, Indiana, to support daily warehouse operations on a Tue–Fri, 10‑hour shift schedule. You will move material, operate hand trucks and scanners, and help ensure accurate orders and efficient processes.

You will verify orders, label products, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while following the 7S program. Candidates should be 18+, with basic math, and able to read safety rules and procedures.

Qualifications

• To be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents
• 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment (preferred)
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including possible overtime when needed
• Experience using a handheld scanner
• Positive attitude and the ability to work in a team to achieve goals and objectives

Responsibilities

• Support operations by moving material and inventory throughout the facility
• Use hand trucks, conveyors or other material handling equipment
• Perform duties that may include packing, scanning, kitting or counting products
• Verify orders, label products and use a handheld scanner
• Adhere to the 7S program
• Maintain a clean environment at all times
• Work in a safe manner that protects you and your team members
