Staff Management | SMX in San Antonio, TX is actively hiring a Material Handler to join our warehouse team. You will sort, unload/load from conveyors, and place items in the store staging area while lifting 50–75 lb packages and following SOPs.

The role offers weekly paychecks, health benefits, and advancement opportunities within a supportive company. Shift is 1st shift (Sun–Thu with overtime potential on Fridays), with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• No formal education requirement.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass required background check and drug test.
• Shift is 1st shift, with possible overtime on Fridays.
• Team oriented and able to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle packages weighing 50–75 lbs.
• Sort, lift, carry, and stack boxes per SOP.
• Read numbers, letters, and symbols to sort items.
• Communicate with teammates and follow instructions.
• Work on conveyor line or inside trailers unloading/loading boxes.
