Job summary
Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler in Cumberland, MD to fulfill customer orders by assembling pallets and loading cases for shipment. The role requires safe operation of PIT equipment, attention to detail, and teamwork in a busy warehouse.
You will build stable pallets, inspect loads, and adhere to safety protocols while meeting efficiency and accuracy standards. Training and development opportunities accompany a competitive hourly wage and benefits
Qualifications
- Must have up to 12 months of work experience.
- PIT Certification: Pallet Jack required.
Responsibilities
- Retrieve and place quantities of Product onto pallets safely and efficiently, building stable pallets.
- Transport pallets to different warehouse areas using a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) with care.
- Assist in warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping as needed.
- Perform daily PIT checklist and report issues to management.
- Correct mistakes noted by the Checker regarding product and quantity.
- Perform additional duties to support warehouse operations.
