Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler in Joliet, IL to ensure products move efficiently through receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping. You will work with a Warehouse Management System and operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and carts in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires physical stamina, adherence to safety procedures, and lifting in varying temperatures. Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 12:00pm with a pay rate of $19.39 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment physical testing.
• Minimum age of 18.
• 2+ years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and push carts.
• Receive and store incoming material in accord with WMS processes.
• Select, pack and palletize shipments and conduct cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean warehouse and follow safety procedures.
