Job summary

Graybar Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to ensure products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, pick, pack and palletize orders, and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.

The role requires physical work, the ability to pass a pre-employment physical, and 2+ years of warehouse experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with competitive hourly pay and employee stock ownership perks.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment physical testing.
• Minimum age 18.
• 2+ years warehouse experience preferred.
• Prior large warehouse experience using a warehouse management system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and push carts.
• Receive and store incoming material in accordance with warehouse management system process.
• Select, pack and palletize shipments.
• Sort and pack less-than-truckload shipments, conduct cycle counts.
• Maintain clean warehouse including following all safety procedures and performing daily safety inspections.
