The goal is to keep the warehouse safe and organized, complete customer orders accurately, and help the branch operate efficiently.

The role requires forklift experience, attention to inventory accuracy, and the ability to work with limited supervision while following safety procedures and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or material-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup.
• Pull, load, pack, wrap, and label material as needed.
• Receive incoming material and place it in the correct location.
• Help keep inventory accurate.
• Report inventory shortages, damage, or other problems.
• Keep the warehouse and yard clean, safe, and organized.
• Complete required inventory, vehicle, and delivery logs.
• Communicate with the Branch Manager and coworkers.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Complete basic equipment checks and report maintenance problems.
• Follow company safety rules and procedures.
• Follow customer service standards.
• Handle multiple tasks during the workday.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
