Job summary

Pipe Movers, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, pulling, loading, and organizing material to keep the warehouse safe and efficient.

The role requires the ability to follow directions, strong organizational skills, and basic English communication. Prior warehouse experience and forklift familiarity are preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or material-handling experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to use a measuring tape
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work with limited supervision
• Ability to communicate and work well with coworkers and customers
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup.
• Pull, load, pack, wrap, and label material as needed.
• Receive incoming material and place it in the correct location.
• Help keep inventory accurate.
• Report inventory shortages, damage, or other problems.
• Keep the warehouse and yard clean, safe, and organized.
• Complete required inventory, vehicle, and delivery logs.
• Communicate with the Branch Manager and coworkers.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Complete basic equipment checks and report maintenance problems.
• Follow company safety rules and procedures.
• Follow customer service standards.
• Handle multiple tasks during the workday.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

PMI Pipe, Steel & Supplies Material Handler helps with daily warehouse operations.This position includes receiving, storing, pulling, loading, and organizing material. The goal is to keep the warehouse safe and organized, complete customer orders accurately, and help the branch operate efficiently.

Responsibilities
