Job summary

U.S. AutoForce in Dallas, TX is seeking a warehouse associate to load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced environment. You will operate forklift or picker equipment, use scanners, and support inventory control while adhering to safety policies.

This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs regularly, up to 80 lbs occasionally, and pushing up to 40 lbs; overtime may be required. Competitive starting wage, benefits from day one, and opportunities for skill development.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds - working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
• Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment
• Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control
• Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; team lifts or mechanical aid for tires
• Exert pushing force up to 40 pounds with barrels or tires
• Work at heights of up to 25 feet while operating equipment
• Be on the move and able to stand for extended periods; overtime as needed
• Contribute to safety policy adherence and procedures
• Assist other departments (eComm, inventory, will call) as needed
• Duties may extend beyond listed items as required by supervisor
