Job summary

U.S. AutoForce is seeking a warehouse associate to load/unload and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced environment. You will operate industrial equipment, use RF scanners, and assist with inventory control to keep operations smooth.

The role requires lifting up to 80 lbs, working at heights, and a willingness to work overtime. Safety training and forklift certification are essential for success, and you’ll join a team focused on efficient distribution.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds - working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
• Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using forklifts or picker equipment.
• Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
• Expect to lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds; team lifts or mechanical help for tires.
• Push up to 40 pounds when handling barrels and tires.
• Work at heights up to 25 feet with equipment.
• Be on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
• Contribute to safety culture and adhere to procedures.
• May assist other departments (ecomm, inventory, will call) as needed.
• Duties may include other job-related tasks as directed by supervisor.
