DIVISION: U.S. AutoForce

POSITION SUMMARY: U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 9:00pm - 5:30am
*Overtime as needed, schedules are subject to change based on business needs*

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment
• Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 80 lbs. and working at heights up to 25 feet
• Remain on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as required
• Maintain safety standards by adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Physical demands: Frequent standing, walking, handling objects, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, hearing, tasting, smelling; occasional lifting of products up to 80 lbs.; handling tires over 70 lbs.; vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Protective equipment required: Steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, harness, seatbelt, SRL (self-retracting lifeline). All equipment provided except for boots.
• Work environment: Exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1 year relevant work experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work accurately with lengthy part numbers and maintain above-average scanning accuracy
• Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
• Neat, organized, and reliable
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and work at heights of 25 feet
• Work on feet for extended periods and willing to work overtime
• Basic computer and RF scanner experience
• Successful passing of pre-employment drug test (excluding THC/marijuana)
