Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Associate for the Spring Hill, TN facility. The role involves packaging, loading/unloading, scanning, and maintaining safe, orderly operations on a fast-paced team. Training is provided, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include handling automotive parts, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, and maintaining accurate records in the WMS. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and a company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Learn to operate powered industrial trucks (stand-up/sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks) including maintenance.
• Ability to read and perform basic mathematics in English for safety and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers and ensure correct scanning.
• Train dock employees on new procedures and ensure end-of-shift security and housekeeping.
• Perform picking and packing duties and address scanning issues.
• Perform material moves and support warehouse operations and related functions.
