POSITION SUMMARY
U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
Schedule
Monday - Friday from 2:30pm - 10:30pm + rotating Saturdays. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as forklifts or picker equipment.
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 80 lbs. Be comfortable working at heights up to 25 feet.
- Work on your feet for extended periods and be willing to work overtime as needed.
- Adhere to safety policies and operating procedures to contribute to a safe work environment.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Physical demands: Frequent standing, walking, sitting, handling objects, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, hearing, tasting, smelling. Occasionally lifting up to 80 lbs., including handling tires over 70 lbs. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Protective equipment required: Steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, harness, seatbelt, SRL. Equipment provided by U.S. AutoForce except for boots.
- Work environment: May be exposed to weather conditions; noise levels are moderate; exposure to fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to work accurately with lengthy part numbers and maintain above-average scanning accuracy.
- Ability to follow directions and safety procedures.
- Neat, organized, and able to lift up to 80 lbs.
- Comfortable working at heights of 25 feet.
- Ability to work on feet for long periods and work overtime.
- Basic computer and RF scanner experience.
- Pass a pre-employment drug test (excluding THC/marijuana).
