A.Y. McDonald Mfg. Co. in Beloit, Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to manage shipping, receiving, and inventory processes. This role involves ensuring timely fork truck inspections, operating lift trucks, and maintaining an organized workspace.
The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of material handling experience in a manufacturing environment and be proficient in using company software, including ERP and WMS. The position entails physical demands such as lifting up to 100 pounds and working in a loud environment.

Shipping, receiving, and cycle counting. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and ensure coworkers do also.
1-2 years of experience in material handling in a manufacturing environment with responsibility for freight scheduling of product; or any combination of education, training, and experience which provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, solve simple equations and calculate percentages. Ability to convert fractions in increments of 1/16 and convert to decimal number.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
