Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Morris, Illinois is seeking a Stand Up Forklift Operator to join our team. The role includes operating a stand-up forklift, handling food products, and supporting safe, efficient warehouse operations.

You will work Sunday–Wednesday, with overtime as needed, and receive weekly pay and access to excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan. This position emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to be a team player and work within a diverse environment.
• Able to lift and push/pull up to 35 lbs.
• Must be punctual and have good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Responsible for accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing system during core shift hours.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday 5:30am-4pm (must be willing to work OT daily)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
