Ryder is hiring a Temporary to Permanent Warehouse Associate in Burnsville, Minnesota — offering weekly pay and a career you can feel good about. Warehouse Associates work in clean, organized facilities to provide the safest supply chain environment.

Role includes handling aerospace products with RF scanners, mobile printers, and laptops; schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm with potential overtime; benefits include paid training, safety gear, and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to be a team player in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Work within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Ensure accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Handle day-to-day warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift production hours.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $19.00 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $28.50 hourly when working overtime
• Schedule: First Shift Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm / Overtime may be mandatory and may be on Saturdays

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Performs other duties as assigned.
