Warehouse Material Handler 10 Hours Shift

Automation Personnel Services is looking for Warehouse Material Handlers for a company based in Ruskin, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of a dynamic team in a fast-growing distribution of appliances.

Pay Rate
$17.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours

4-day workweek with 3 days off, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Candidates must be available to work on weekends.

Warehouse Material Handler Duties and Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from trucks, racks, and other storage areas, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Unload appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, mattresses, and cabinets using a dolly.
• Transport materials to designated locations within the facility, maintaining inventory accuracy and organization.
• Break down appliance boxes for easier handling.
• Assemble cabinets and load them onto trailers for delivery.
• Communicate with clients and vendors.
• Closely follow safety regulations and guidelines at all times, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and securing loads properly.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to understand and follow safety protocols and operating instructions to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy loads safely and efficiently.
• Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination to maneuver equipment in tight spaces and navigate busy warehouse environments.
