Job summary

Olympic-Metals-LLC in Centennial, Colorado, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage the movement, storage, packing and tracking of materials within the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory and timely order processing. You will operate forklifts/Raymond equipment, pull and load orders, read work orders, and assist with deliveries.

The job requires heavy work with lifting up to 70 lbs and repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Perform work duties safely following procedures and rules; wear PPE as required.
• Bend, reach, pull, twist and lift; able to lift 70 lbs.
• Stock inventory in the warehouse using forklift/Raymond.
• Pull orders accurately and read work orders, tapes and calipers.
• Load and unload trucks using slings, fork extensions, boom and other equipment.
• Participate in daily plant operations and safety procedures.
• Process and track inventories on Stelplan Computer Program.
• Operate machines such as shear, chop saw, band saw.
• Stack metal on skids and pallets.
• Assist with deliveries and routing of trucks.
• Keep all work areas clean.

Job Function

• Must perform all work duties as safely as possible, following all safety procedures and rules. Gloves, safety glasses and steel toe boots with metatarsal guards must be worn when required. (Boots must be worn during your shift)
• Bending, reaching, pulling, twisting and lifting will be performed during your shift. Must be able to life 70 lbs.
• Working in the warehouse stocking inventory using a forklift/Raymond.
• Pulling orders accurately, reading and understanding work orders, tape measures and calipers.
• Loading and offloading flatbed and box trucks using slings, fork extensions, boom and other loading and unloading equipment.
• Everyone must partake in daily plant operations and safety procedures.
• Process and accurately keep tack of all inventories on Stelplan Computer Program.
• Understand how to operate machines such as the shear, chop saw, band saw.
• Stacking and banding metal on skids and pallets.
• Assist with company deliveries and routing of delivery trucks.
• Keep all work areas clean!!!

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $23.00/Hr. - USD $23.00/Hr. depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
