Division and Company Overview

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., has over 100 years of experience in distributing tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. The position's schedule is Monday-Friday from 4:00 am to 12:30 pm, with rotating Saturdays. Schedules may change based on business needs and could require overtime.

Job Responsibilities

1. Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as forklifts or picker equipment.
2. Use scanners for inventory management and control.
3. Lift up to 50 pounds consistently, and occasionally up to 80 pounds, with team lifts or mechanical assistance for heavier items.
4. Work at heights up to 25 feet safely while operating equipment.
5. Be physically active, working on your feet for extended periods, and work overtime as needed.
6. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, contributing to a safety-conscious culture.
7. Assist other departments like e-commerce, inventory, and will call as needed.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Must be able to operate equipment safely, with visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability. Frequently lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds, and exert a pushing force of 40 pounds. Work outdoors and in environments with tire fumes and other automotive odors. Protective gear provided, including safety boots, vests, harnesses, and seatbelts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• At least 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Ability to lift and push heavy weights, work at heights, and pass forklift certification.
• Willingness to work overtime, follow safety procedures, and pass a drug test.
• Legal authorization to work in the role's country.
