Job description

Position Summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.

Sunday – Tuesday 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM or until work is completed.
Wednesday – Friday 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM or until work is completed.
1st Shift – 36 hours, paid for 40 hours.
Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.

Job Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
  • Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; use team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires.
  • Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
  • Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
  • Remain on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
  • Support other departments such as e‑commerce and inventory as business needs dictate.
  • Perform additional job-related tasks as instructed by a supervisor.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Employees must have the visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely. Frequently lift products up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds, exerting a pushing force of up to 40 pounds. Handle commercial tires with team lifts or mechanical equipment. Protective equipment such as steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, harness, seatbelt, and SRL are required. Work may involve exposure to weather, moderate noise levels, and fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants.
