Job summary

Atterro is hiring a Warehouse Material Handler in Hagerstown, MD. The role involves receiving, moving, staging, loading/unloading, organizing, and transporting materials across warehouse and manufacturing environments to support production schedules and customer fulfillment.

You will verify inventory, maintain accurate product locations, and prepare materials for shipment, production or storage while following established safety and workflow procedures.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience.
• Experience using ERP systems, Outlook, and shipping software.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, sort, count, and process products for storage and shipment.
• Verify incoming materials, quantities, and shipping documentation.
• Unpack, label, and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Package products for customer orders and internal production lines.
• Process shipments through FedEx, UPS, and freight carriers.
• Perform shipping, receiving, and finished goods transactions in Microsoft NAV (ERP).
• Complete cycle counts and support inventory control activities.
• Monitor shipping and receiving operations to ensure accuracy and timely deliveries.
• Maintain high quality standards and handle materials with exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Material Handler.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
