Job summary

GSW Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to support shipping, receiving, material handling and inventory control at our Findlay, Ohio facility. This full-time, first-shift role runs Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m.

to 4:00 p.m. in an environmentally controlled warehouse. You will use scanners to receive, track, store and issue materials, move items with forklift equipment, and ensure FIFO and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse/shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Experience using scanners or inventory systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: receive, track, store, move and issue materials using scanners and inventory systems.
• Materials movement: load, unload, move, store and stage materials with forklift or manual methods.
• Receiving and inspection: receive, label, inspect and identify materials; ensure proper storage and timely documentation.

GSW Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Production Control (PC) Material Handler to join our Shipping/Receiving team. In this role, you will support shipping, receiving, material handling, and inventory control activities while helping ensure materials are accurately received, stored, tracked, and delivered to support customer and operational requirements.

This is a full-time, first-shift position working Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in an environmentally controlled warehouse facility located in Findlay, Ohio.

What You’ll Do

• Inventory Management: Utilize scanners and inventory systems to accurately receive, track, store, move, and issue materials. Maintain inventory accuracy by ensuring proper product identification, part numbers, lot numbers, counts, labels, and storage locations. Follow FIFO requirements, proper product rotation practices, and engineering change procedures as applicable.
• Materials Movement : Load, unload, move, store and stage materials, products, containers and packaging using manual methods and material handling equipment. Operate pallet jacks, hoists, shrink-wrap equipment, periodic forklift requirements, and other authorized warehouse equipment to transport, prepare, and ship materials safely and efficiently.
• Receiving and Inspection : Receive, inspect, label, and identify materials in accordance with established procedures. Ensure raw materials, finished goods, empty totes, and skids are stored safely in designated locations and are readily available when requested. Complete shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse documentation accurately and timely. Meet established quality objectives and shipping and receiving schedules. Notify the Team Leader or Manager of material discrepancies, damage, defects, or other abnormalities.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, material handling, inventory control, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Experience utilizing scanners, inventory systems, or warehouse management systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.
