Great Northern is a leading developer and manufacturer of creative solutions for packaging, shipping, merchandising, and distributing products for industrial, commercial, and retail markets.

We are seeking a Forklift Operator to join our growing manufacturing team at Great Northern – Chippewa Falls. Are you ready to make a difference?

Our Forklift Operators Schedule

Warehouse 2nd Shift - Monday through Friday, 1:30pm to 9:30pm

Compensation

Starting hourly wage is $22.50, with an additional $1.50 hourly shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Loading products for customer pick-up and preparing shipments via Common Carrier, UPS, RPS, and Federal Express.
• Operating industrial forklifts to unload and load raw materials and products, ensuring proper material and count quality.
• Following quality procedures, including random checks of at least one order per day.
• Changing LP tanks safely or recharging electric forklifts as needed.
• Shrink-wrapping units for shipping.
• Maintaining regular and reliable attendance.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
