Position Overview

We need someone who's just as comfortable lifting 50 lbs. as they are logging materials into our system. If you take initiative, stay organized, and know how to keep things moving without being micromanaged, you might be a perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and organize incoming materials
• Load/unload deliveries and stage materials for jobsites
• Track inventory and enter material receipts and usage into computer system (or app/software)
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized
• Communicate shortages or damaged goods to the team
• Assist with regular inventory counts and cycle checks
• Occasionally deliver materials to local job sites

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a warehouse or construction environment is preferred
• Ability to operate forklifts or pallet jacks (or willingness to learn)
• Basic computer skills (inventory entry, spreadsheets, or software systems)
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
• Self-starter mindset - you don't wait to be told what to do
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
