Job summary

Didion Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to support our packaging plant. You’ll move materials using forklifts and pallet jacks, ensure accurate inventory, and stage materials for production to keep workflows smooth.

You’ll work with machine operators, monitor packaging supplies, follow safety protocols, and help improve processes. A high school diploma and forklift certification are preferred; strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience in material handling in manufacturing/packaging preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep materials moving using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and organized storage areas.
• Stage materials for production to keep workflows smooth.
• Support machine operators and the production team.
• Monitor and restock packaging supplies to minimize downtime.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and contribute ideas to improve processes.
