Job Overview

As a Warehouse Material Handler, you will ensure products get where they need to be. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, selecting, packing, and shipping warehouse inventory. The role requires familiarity with a Warehouse Management System, and our employee-owned company offers opportunities for growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and push carts
2. Receive and store incoming materials per warehouse management procedures
3. Select, pack, and palletize shipments
4. Sort and pack less-than-truckload shipments, conduct cycle counts
5. Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, following all safety protocols and performing daily safety inspections

Qualifications

• No fear of heights
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, wire cutting, ladder climbing, and working in various temperatures; must pass pre-employment physical testing
• Minimum age of 18
• Good attendance and work ethic
• Preferred: 2+ years of warehouse experience, familiarity with warehouse management systems

Work Schedule & Compensation

Monday - Friday, shifts from 10:00am - 7:00pm or 12:00pm - 9:00pm. Starting pay is $18.00/hour with a $1.00 differential for the 12:00pm - 9:00pm shift.

Additional Requirements

• Steel-toed boots required
• CDL not required but must pass DOT medical exam
