Responsibilities

• Receiving and Processing: Receive materials and ensure accurate processing into the warehouse system.
• Pushing and Pulling Carts: Move carts loaded with products throughout the warehouse.
• Lifting, Twisting, and Placing: Regularly lift, twist, and place items.
• Staging Finished Products: Stage finished products in loading areas for shipment using a forklift.
• Other Warehouse Duties: Perform additional tasks to support warehouse operations.
• 80-90% time handling materials by hand; 10-20% time using equipment.

About the Role:

USAgain currently has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Material Handler in Auburn, WA. In this position, you will be handling, processing, and preparing all raw materials received into finished materials for warehouse inventory storage, sale, and shipment to the customer.

• Work Days: Monday-Friday
• Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receiving and Processing: Receive materials and ensure they are accurately processed into the warehouse system.
• Pushing and Pulling Carts: Move carts loaded with products throughout the warehouse as needed.
• Lifting, Twisting, and Placing: Regularly lift, twist, and place items during the shift, ensuring proper handling and organization.
• Staging Finished Products: Stage finished products in designated loading areas for shipment using a forklift.
• Other Warehouse Duties: Perform additional tasks as directed to support the overall functions of the warehouse.
• Expect to spend 80-90% of your time handling materials by hand, with only 10-20% of the time using equipment

Requirements

This is a physically demanding position that requires a high level of stamina and strength. Candidates must be able to perform the following:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• 2 years of experience in warehouse and material handling
• Valid driver's license
• Flexibility to work hours based on business needs, including possible evenings
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, twisting, and placing materials for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
• Ability to twist, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks as part of daily responsibilities.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Forklift experience required, certification a DEFINITE PLUS, but not required
