Job summary

Pipenology, LLC is seeking Wet Out Technicians in O’Fallon, MO for immediate full-time, year-round roles. Training on 2nd shift for 30–90 days precedes movement to 3rd shift; 2nd shift is Mon–Fri 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

You will prepare CIPP liner per customer specs, stage, wrap, load and secure for transport, and mix chemicals requiring a respirator. You’ll drive forklifts and other vehicles, always following safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience with chemicals preferred.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk entire shift.
• Comfortable wearing respirator during chemical handling.
• Self-starter, hard-working and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare CIPP liner according to customer specifications.
• Stage, wrap, load and secure liner for transport.
• Mix chemicals that require a respirator.
• Drive forklifts and other vehicles as needed.

Pipenology has an immediate 3rd shift openings for Wet Out Technicians with manufacturing or warehouse experience to join our team in O'Fallon, MO. The expectation is that you would train on 2nd shift for 30-90 days before moving to 3rd shift. 2nd shift is Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Qualified candidates will need to be comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment and with chemicals. Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation of Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) liner according to the exact specifications agreed upon by the customer
• All aspects of CIPP liner preparation, to include: staging, wrapping, loading and securing for transport.
• Mixing chemicals that require wearing a respirator
• Drive various vehicles (forklift, pickups, etc.)
• Perform all work according to safety standards

Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter, hard-working and reliable
• At least 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
• Prior experience working with chemicals or handling chemicals is preferred
• Standing, walking entire shift except required break times. Bending, kneeling repeatedly throughout shift. Ability to lift, pull, push 50+ pounds.
