Job summary

Pipenology, LLC is seeking Wet Out Technicians for immediate full-time, year-round openings in O’Fallon, MO. The role starts on 2nd shift (2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.) with 30–90 days of training before moving to 3rd shift.

Pay begins at $26.50 per hour, with benefits including medical/dental/vision and 401k. Responsibilities include preparing CIPP liner to exact specs, staging and securing for transport, mixing chemicals with respirator use, and operating forklifts and other vehicles, all while

• 2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience working with chemicals is preferred.
• Must be a self-starter, reliable and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Prepare CIPP liner according to customer specifications.
• Handle staging, wrapping, loading and securing liner for transport.
• Mix chemicals that require wearing a respirator.
• Drive forklift, pickups, and other vehicles.
• Follow safety standards in all tasks.

Pipenology has an immediate 3rd shift openings for Wet out Technicians with manufacturing or warehouse experience to join our team in O’Fallon, MO. The expectation is that you would train on 2nd shift for 30-90 days before moving to 3rd shift. 2nd shift is Monday through Friday from 2:00p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Qualified candidates will need to be comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment and working with chemicals.Pipenology offers great benefits, including medical/dental/vision, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and more! • Responsible for the preparation of Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) liner according to the exact specifications agreed upon by the customer
• All aspects of CIPP liner preparation, to include: staging, wrapping, loading and securing for transport.
• Mixing chemicals that require wearing a respirator
• Drive various vehicles (forklift, pickups, etc.)
• Perform all work according to safety standards

• Must be a self-starter, hard-working and reliable
• At least 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
• Prior experience working with chemicals or handling chemicals is preferred
• Standing, walking entire shift except required break times. Bending, kneeling repeatedly throughout shift. Ability to lift, pull, push 50+ pounds.
