Job summary

Woodmont Cabinetry is seeking a Production Machine Operator to safely control and monitor production machinery, including lathes, grinders, and mills, in a fast-paced environment in Dallas, TX. You will ensure parts meet spec and maintain records of produced units.

You will read prints, set up equipment, verify alignment, and perform routine maintenance while keeping a clean, safe workspace. This role requires basic problem-solving, teamwork, and adherence to OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree or completion of related apprenticeship preferred.
• At least one year of related experience required.
• Completion of on-the-job training may substitute educational requirements.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced.
