Job summary

Lonestar Electric Supply Partners is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to supervise warehouse staff and provide strategic direction for safe, efficient, and profitable operations. Responsibilities include daily workflow oversight, safety enforcement, reporting, and resolving shipping/invoice discrepancies, while ensuring compliance with all applicable

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication are essential.
• Experience supervising warehouse staff and leading teams.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with Epicor Eclipse ERP system is a plus.
• Electrical supply distribution experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse workflow and staffing across shifts.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and safety is prioritized.
• Recruit, hire and train new warehouse staff.
• Handle disciplinary actions per policy.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize operations.
• Prepare and review management reports.
• Identify and present ideas to improve operations.
• Attend scheduled and impromptu meetings.
• Resolve discrepancies with shipping and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
