Responsibilities

Manage space layout and material flow to support production schedules.
Track shipping accuracy and on-time delivery metrics.
Resolve inventory discrepancies and damaged goods issues.
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping.
Schedule and supervise warehouse staff across shifts.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts.
Coordinate with production and purchasing teams on material needs.
Enforce safety rules and conduct regular safety walkthroughs.

Salary Range: $68,000 – $107,000 depending on experience

Bonus Qualifications

Knowledge of OSHA warehouse safety standards.
CDL or powered industrial truck trainer certification.
Associate or bachelor degree in logistics, supply chain, or business.
Lean or continuous improvement training.
Experience with barcode scanning or RF systems.
