Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Five or more years in manufacturing operations, including supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.
• Experience with ERP or manufacturing execution systems.
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
• ISO 9001 or similar quality systems experience is advantageous.

Operations Manager | Ludington, MI

Salary Range: $109,000 – $158,000 depending on experience
