Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company, is hiring a Warehouse Manager for the overnight shift at its Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin facility. You will direct a dedicated team in a 1,000,000-square-foot operation stocked with thousands of items.

Responsibilities include leading nightly operations, achieving high accuracy and safety standards, and delivering legendary customer service while leveraging WMS and forklift experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated warehouse supervisory/management experience.
• Forklift and reach truck experience preferred; WMS experience a plus.

Find fulfillment in your Warehouse career - at Uline! As Warehouse Manager you’ll direct the dedicated team at our 1,000,000-square-foot Pleasant Prairie warehouse stocked with over 43,000 shipping, industrial and packaging products.

Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 8:30 PM to 6 AM.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage nightly warehouse operations, including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels and conversion.

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse employees to deliver legendary customer service.

• Maintain high levels of accuracy, safety and performance in nightly warehouse operations.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Demonstrated warehouse supervisory / management experience.

• Equipment experience, such as forklift and reach truck, preferred.

• Performance metrics and Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience a plus.
