Job summary

Uline is seeking a Warehouse Manager for the Overnight shift at our Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin facility. You will oversee a 1,000,000-square-foot warehouse and direct nightly operations from 8:30 PM to 6:00 AM, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency in returns, receiving, put-away, and transfers.

Lead a dedicated team to deliver legendary customer service, maintain performance metrics, and optimize the use of our WMS system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated warehouse supervisory / management experience.
• Equipment experience, such as forklift and reach truck, preferred.
• Performance metrics and WMS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage nightly warehouse operations, including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels and conversion.
• Lead and develop a team of warehouse employees to deliver legendary customer service.

Pay from $124,000 to $180,000 per year. Location: Wisconsin Distribution Center 12885 104th Street, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158.

Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 8:30 PM to 6 AM.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage nightly warehouse operations, including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels and conversion.
• Lead and develop a team of warehouse employees to deliver legendary customer service.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, safety and performance in nightly warehouse operations.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated warehouse supervisory / management experience.
• Equipment experience, such as forklift and reach truck, preferred.
• Performance metrics and Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience a plus.
