Full Job Description

Basic Function

The Warehouse Manager will ensure the smooth operation of warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods. Oversee inventory control, ensure workplace safety, and implement efficient processes to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management: Plan and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods. Ensure efficient use of space, equipment, and resources. Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures.
2. Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock audits. Manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking. Assign tasks and monitor performances. Foster a safe and productive work environment.
3. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective measures as needed. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
4. Process Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends.
5. Coordination and Communication: Address and resolve any operational issues promptly.

Non-Essential Job Functions

Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Two (2) years of warehouse experience in the telecommunications, Wireless, or Electrical industries.
2. Valid driver's license.
3. Forklift Certification and Re-Certification.
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
