PAY RANGE: $55,000 - $75,000 / year

Compensation Is Determined Based On Your Experience And Qualifications.

In addition to base pay, you may be eligible for overtime, commission, performance-based increases, and bonuses.

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. You will ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes run smoothly and promptly.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.

Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, including training and performance management.

Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.

Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to improve efficiency.

Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments.

Prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory, and staffing.

Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and vehicles.

Manage budgets and control operational costs.

Required Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience or relevant experience in warehouse management or a related role.

Obtain a valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with required endorsements (e.g., HazMat, Tanker) within six months of employment and maintain a clean driving record.

All required federal and state pesticide licenses within the first six months of employment.

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with experience in training, coaching, and performance management.

Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., Agvance) and Microsoft Office applications.

Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication skills to effectively advise customers.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple customers.

High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
