Job summary

Ryder is seeking an overnight Warehouse Manager (Customer Logistics Manager) in Minooka, IL to lead the day-to-day operations of the logistics function. The role supervises staff, manages planning and scheduling, and ensures health and safety compliance while meeting client expectations.

The position is salaried, with a Monday–Friday night schedule from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The candidate will support an international team and collaborate across departments to optimize performance and service

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Two years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field required.
• One year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Logistics industry knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of local and Federal regulations is advantageous.
• Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components.

We are immediately hiring an overnight Warehouse Manager internally titled, Customer Logistics Manager in Minooka, IL for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

• Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
• Annual Salary Pay:$75,000 to $81,000 based on experience
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Additional hours and days may be required based on business needs. Until the overnight shift is fully staffed and operational, the employee will be assigned to either 1st or 2nd shift.

Manager Customer Logistics

will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.

Compensation Information

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
