THE JOB:

As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operations and team within the Warehouse and Inventory Control department, including procurement, internal and external deliveries, receiving documentation, data entry, inventory counts, F&B cost reporting, and ensuring accurate maintenance of all inventory-related costs. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guests' experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Oversee morning receiving operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and address any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to assess inventory needs and coordinate liquidation of excess or unused items.
  • Collect and analyze data to support inventory strategy and decision-making.
  • Manage the liquidation process, including coordination with the offsite warehouse.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Has a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Has at least 2 years of experience in dock/warehouse/transportation management including experience with managing and/or leading an inventory control or logistics function.
  • Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively guide and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum - Maximum

$66,600.00 - $111,100.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company's incentive plan.
