Encore Fire Protection is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations, ensure accurate receiving, staging, shipping, and inventory management, and support field operations with timely deliveries. You will drive process improvements and mentor a small team while staying close to the work.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in warehouse settings, a lead or supervisory background, and a safety-conscious mindset. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50+ lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in warehouse/logistics - construction materials is a plus.
• At least one year in a lead/supervisory role.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, and verify shipments against packing lists.
• Inspect deliveries for damage and document discrepancies.
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for delivery to job sites.
• Coordinate logistics for incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Manage inventory using warehouse software.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized space.
• Support field teams with deliveries and related tasks.
