Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations in Virginia, including receiving, storage, and shipping. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and team leadership on-site.

Ideal candidates have strong experience in warehouses, prefer forklift credentials, and can navigate construction/product knowledge to drive throughput and reliability. On-site work and MVR checks may apply.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish standard operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing, and shipping of products and materials.
• Plan, develop, and implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities.
• Review work orders, consumption reports, and demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and assign tasks.
• Leads a team of warehouse personnel engaged in receiving, storing, and shipping products or materials.
• Schedule pickup, delivery, or distribution of products or materials.
• Prepare and direct preparation of reports, and operations maintenance and safety manuals.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
