Job summary

Muscle Foods USA, a division of EURPAC SERVICE, INC., expands in Jacksonville, FL and seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a fast-paced team. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety, optimize processes, manage inventory, and drive on-time fulfillment for high-volume wholesale distribution of sports nutrition products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of warehouse/distribution experience.
• 1+ year of management/supervisory experience, ideally in logistics or distribution.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA and forklift certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a strong work ethic and "can-do" attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop warehouse staff including drivers.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
• Set expectations, foster teamwork, and drive productivity to meet targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and customers to optimize processes.
• Design efficient layouts and workflows for product handling.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Manage inventory control including receiving, labeling, audits, and reconciliations.
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments and freight processing.
• Train staff on equipment use and safety.
• Recruit, coach, and discipline, maintaining a positive culture.
• Maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase accuracy and throughput.
• Hands-on tasks as needed (pulling orders, counts).
