Job summary

Muscle Foods USA, a Division of EURPAC SERVICE, INC., is expanding into Jacksonville, FL and seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. This full-time role runs Thursday through Sunday, 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM, leading warehouse staff and ensuring safe, efficient operations.

You will oversee daily warehousing, inventory control, inbound/outbound shipments, and process improvements, collaborating with buyers, sales, and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education in logistics or management preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse/distribution experience.
• 1+ year of management/supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA and forklift certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Customer-focused with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop warehouse staff including delivery drivers.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations for efficiency, accuracy, safety.
• Set expectations, foster teamwork, and drive productivity to meet targets.
• Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and customers to optimize processes.
• Design and implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Manage inventory control, including receiving, labeling, audits, and reconciliations.
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, including loading/unloading and freight processing.
• Monitor and maintain equipment use and staff training.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline employees as needed, while fostering a positive work culture.
• Maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment at all times.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase accuracy and throughput.
• Perform hands-on tasks as needed, including pulling orders and counts.
