Monmouth Cards is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee our in-house warehouse in Tinton Falls, NJ. You will lead daily operations, oversee inventory management, and ensure accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and hands-on experience with warehouse management systems, barcode scanning, and Excel. Join a growing team in the sports trading cards industry and help optimize logistics and processes.

Qualifications

• Warehouse management experience, preferably in retail, collectibles, or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping logistics, and order fulfillment.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, barcode scanning, and Excel.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining efficiency and organization.
• Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of sports trading cards is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Manage and train warehouse staff to maintain accuracy and productivity.
• Develop and implement processes to optimize inventory tracking, shipping, and receiving.
• Ensure all orders are processed, packed, and shipped on time and correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Work closely with the retail and e-commerce teams to keep inventory levels accurate.
• Monitor incoming shipments and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
• Use warehouse management software to track stock levels and streamline operations.
