Responsibilities

• Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution of all warehouse products.
• Maintain the control center, including order picking in the system and item allocation.
• Manage all outbound orders and regional distributions, ensuring order accuracy.
• Stage orders correctly and manage inbound products from various sources.
• Ensure proper paperwork is received and discrepancies are communicated.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and research discrepancies.
• Collaborate with fleet and procurement departments for inventory and tool needs.
• Organize the warehouse and ensure correct bin locations.
• Meet or exceed warehouse KPIs.
• Manage warehouse support staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or related field.
