Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and accuracy in cargo handling. You will oversee receiving, storage, and dispatching, while mentoring staff and driving continuous improvement across processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in warehouse operations, including two in management; aviation experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Prior aviation/ground handling experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of cargo.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and environmental regulations.
• Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate seamless cargo handling and delivery.
• Maintain and ensure proper functioning of warehouse equipment and infrastructure.
• Prepare and present operational reports, including KPIs, to senior management.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues or incidents, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
